Friends took us here and we had a great time. We got the carvery special which means we got to choose three things of meat: ham, beef, turkey. I went for the trifecta and it was all good BUT the turkey was super dry. Not anyone’s fault but it was under heat a while and I got the last piece before they swapped it out.Other than that the veggies and the gravy was on point. I liked how it fit the huge group we had with no issues. We did guys on one side and girls on another table. My wife and I ordered just on own phone and the server was a bit irritated she had to drop off the drinks at two different tables which was odd as she served everyone else at both anyways.Other than that the park bit looked fun but we didn’t get to try it out to my daughter’s dismay due to snow still pulled up. Maybe next time

Four of us attended this evening (//) for dinner. Ordered starters and mains. Passed on allergy details and was told by Ross that there could be cross contamination because although they do have two fryers they 'tend to just use the one'. Because of this the order was amended to exclude chips and swapped a chicken breast for the chicken burger. Waited almost minutes for our food and the mains were brought when we hadn't had starters. Also the allergy note hadn't been paid attention to and burger was served with chips. We were offered to have all of our food together, which although wasn't good enough, was accepted. The burger for the allergy was to be remade as well as one of the starters which we were told had gone cold. These were both for the same person so this resulted in three people with two courses each and one sitting with nothing. When the burger was remade it was brought out on a plate with nothing else on it and it was hanging over the side with sauce dripping off the plate despite all of the extra space for it. The burger was missing item and the other starter was still not ready. Offer was made of the burger being made for the third time, this was declined as it would have resulted in one person having their meal after everyone else was finished. Terrible service and Ross made multiple excuses from blaming 'new starts' and a rush. We saw no evidence of this at all, the place was less than half full. Shocking service from staff all round, including the cook staff telling waiting staff to 'move their arse' when putting up food for service. First and last visit.
